Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Since our products are digital ebooks, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the ebook.
  • If you mistakenly purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable ebook products once accessed or downloaded.
  • Sale or discounted items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.

If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged files. If you need a replacement for the same product, contact us at yoursilverlab@gmail.com with details of the issue.

Gifts

Refunds for gifted items will be issued to the gift purchaser.
